Description
At 2:30 pm, radar indicated heavy showers from Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine affecting the area. Rainfall rates of greater than 40 mm (over 1.60 in) per hour will cause minor flash flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas. Streams, creeks and drains may be elevated or even overflow into streets and flash-flood-prone areas; however, property damage, if any, will be minimal.
